Schindler Health Check automatically generates a monthly report on your equipment status, providing valuable information including usage statistics and performance indicators. The Health Check will report three status events including:

Green circle | Normal operation: The equipment is running with no issues detected. No action required. |
Yellow triangle | Anomaly identified: We identified some minor maintenance items to be checked and this will be completed at our next maintenance visit. No customer action is needed at this time. |
Red square | Unit stopped: Issues have been identified and therefore the unit has come to a complete stop. The Technical Operations Centre (TOC) is aware of the issue and will rectify the fault. |
In instances where abnormal operation is detected, Health Check will assign additional maintenance tasks to the next maintenance visit. If a maintenance visit is not due, Health Check can schedule a maintenance visit to address the fault and provide a diagnosis of the issue directly to the technician.
