With a Schindler ReNew, the hoisting technology, such as ropes, will be upgraded. Since these components require replacement after several years, this will eliminate the need for short-term repair work.
Your modernisation will also include a set of replacement electrical peripherals and wiring. Machine room wiring, traveling cables, shaft wiring, car connection box, shaft information, and limit switches are included in the package.
The machine is the source of power for the elevator. Old drives increase maintenance costs, do not meet current safety norms, and are no longer energy efficient by modern standards. When required, your machine will also be provided with a new frame to minimize adaptations to the building.
