Schindler 3000 Plus is made to be flexible in every way and fits perfectly in your building. Tailored to suit any urban environment, it will give your building a new lease on life, increasing its value and functionality. Select from a full spectrum of styles, colours and options to find the best possible match for your building.
A combination of pre-engineered components and flexibility right where it’s needed ensures the best fit in existing buildings and provides smooth, quiet and economical operation. The latest technologies ensure excellent energy efficiency and minimal environmental impact.
Variable frequency drive systems deliver perfectly controlled power to traction machines and door drives, extending component lifetime and increasing energy efficiency. The Schindler Suspension Traction Media is light and long-lasting, enabling the use of smaller traction machines that reduce both energy consumption, noise and vibration levels in the elevator.
The Schindler 3000 Plus has been pre-engineered to fit in existing buildings. Flexible car dimensions optimise car size in the existing shaft, while the high variety of door types and millimetre-accurate positioning avoid the need for building work on landings. At the same time, variable shaft pit and head dimensions ensure easy adaptation and quick installation.
Regenerative drive technology is a standard throughout our new modular product family. This reduces travel energy by up to 30% compared to any conventional technology.
Improving energy efficiency is essential for reducing the environmental impact of elevators and the buildings they serve. Eco-friendly features such as regenerative drive, LED lighting, and standby mode while parked are standard in all Schindler 3000 Plus elevators. This makes it possible to achieve the highest energy-efficiency rating class A according to ISO 25745-2*.
*The classification always refers to a specific customer configuration. Usage pattern, load capacity, customer specific options and site conditions influence the final rating.

The Schindler 3000 Plus benefits from our machine room-less (MRL) traction systems and compact door drives to optimise shaft space, reducing construction costs and leaving space for tenants.
All main drive, traction and control equipment sits in the shaft, leaving architects and designers free to use the extra space for more productive purposes. The Schindler 3000 Plus allows a larger car to be fitted into a standard shaft space.
Schindler’s Suspension Traction Media (STM) system guarantees a quieter, smoother ride and does not require any oil or lubricant. STM also saves shaft space because of the smaller motor and traction sheave – 70% smaller than traditional systems. For passengers that means a better ride, while building owners will appreciate the increased reliability and efficiency.
Less space for components, more usable building space and more room for passengers. The Schindler 3000 Plus innovative platform ensures that a standard-sized shaft can carry a wider car with bigger load capacity.
We can adjust the car width and depth dimensions in 10 mm or 50 mm increments. The Schindler 3000 Plus car width is available from 1100 mm to 1600 mm, car depth from 1400 mm to 2100 mm, and car height up to 2500 mm.
Doors can be sized and positioned with millimetre accuracy. The door width is adjustable in 100 mm increments for 2000 mm and 2100 mm door heights, with a choice of telescopic (T2) or centre-opening doors (C2), single or through entry car.
The Schindler 3000 Plus inspection and test panel is built directly into a standard door frame at the top landing. This solution simplifies elevator installation, provides easy access for maintenance, and saves space.

Benefit from our tools, solutions, and latest innovations to support you through the entire product life cycle of your elevator. Our elevators are designed to use state-of-the-art technologies from planning to operation.
Our elevators automatically switch to an energy-saving standby or sleep mode during rest periods. In addition, our regenerative drive systems feed the self-generated energy back into the home network.
To provide an insight into the ecological performance of our elevators throughout their life, we provide Environmental Product Declarations (EPD). We’ve registered EPDs at the "International EPD® System" for all major elevator product lines, taking an important step further in the assessment of the environmental performance of our products, while underlining our continuous efforts toward sustainable solutions.
For information about the environmental performance of our elevators and their full life cycle, visit the EPD website.
Our global competencies and expertise make it sure to minimize building adaptations and optimize the installation process when replacing your elevator, setting new standards in the field. In fact, installing our replacement elevators requires up to 40% less time than a conventional replacement. That means that residents can look forward to minimum disturbance and downtime.
After a Schindler RePlace modernization, your equipment becomes easier to service and troubleshoot. The newly connected elevators enable 24/7 intelligent auto callback service and maintenance. This can reduce downtime by up to 34%, compared to non-connected units.
